Sandor Katz, fermentation revivalist and NY Times bestselling author of “Wild Fermentation”, “The Revolution will not be Microwaved”, and “The Art of Fermentation” visited Prescott College on National Food Day, October 24th.
What: Sandor Katz gave a public talk on the revival of fermentation techniques in the kitchen and in regional food systems, followed by a book signing and reception at Peregrine Books at 8:30 pm
